It was a good place to sleep for a night. We basically just slept there before our morning flight. The owner was fantast
It was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the owner was very responsive to questions. He even reserved a taxi for our ride to the airport in the morning which was convenient. The taxi was right on time too.
It was very good. We just had a bit of a time figuring out where to park. There is a designated spot on the opposite side of the building.

Great value for an apartment close to the city and the airport.
Property is very well equipped and located close to the airport, as well as close to the beach and water front promenade. Many restaurants are within 10 minutes walk and the on site parking makes this a great place to stay close to Rome for a night or a week. Our host was a super communicator and gave us excellent instructions on how to park and access the apartment.

A nossa estadia foi agradável. O apartamento é muito bonito, extremamente limpo e bastante completo, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A casa correspondeu às nossas expectativas em termos de conforto e comodidades, e ter um supermercado nas proximidades foi também uma vantagem. Gostaríamos de destacar a simpatia e a disponibilidade do senhor Stefano, que esteve sempre pronto a responder às nossas questões e a ajudar-nos. Tivemos alguns problemas com a eletricidade que acabaram por afetar um pouco a nossa experiência durante a viagem, mas reconhecemos que a situação não foi culpa do senhor Stefano, que se mostrou sempre disponível para ajudar a resolver os problemas. O principal ponto negativo foi, sem dúvida, a localização. A zona é bastante mais distante do que esperávamos, os transportes públicos são pouco práticos e as deslocações acabam por ser demoradas. Além disso, a rede de transportes é um pouco confusa e as viagens de Uber para aquela zona são bastante caras. Em resumo, é um apartamento excelente, confortável e bem equipado, com um anfitrião atencioso e prestável. No entanto, a localização e as dificuldades nas deslocações acabaram por pesar na nossa experiência. Recomendamos sobretudo a quem não se importar de ficar mais afastado do centro e tiver uma forma prática de se deslocar.
