    Great location - needs some upgrades

    Amazing location, staff was very friendly. The family villa we stayed in was nice and private,

    Downstairs rooms at the villa need some serious reno or at least better decor. Felt like we were sleeping in someone’s basement, there was nothing aside from the patio that matched the aesthetic or feel of the rest of the retreat. The spa location was nice but the changing rooms & start procedure also need to be upgraded a bit - some rose related scent or any scent would have been a great addition.

    Mancanza di riscaldamento in bagno. Caldo solo sopra la vasca. Troppo freddo . Cioccolata calda a pagamento a colazione per i miei figli. Incredibile far pagare 3 euro una Cioccolata calda una struttura 5 stelle a colazione. Fosse stato In qualsiasi altro momento della giornata poteva andar bene ma a colazione non è accettabile
