    Nice stay

    A nice stay, lady who cooked brteakfast was very nice as was the host. Good location.

    The mattress was very hard and the room was stuffy.

    Friendly owner, very clean with a very comfortable bed.

    Excellent location near the beach front and short walk to harbour and bars and restaurants.

    Nick was pleasant, great location. We used it as a stop over, before going to Paignton zoo ( which is 15 minutes away) and Cornwall. Great conversation, asked to change my room. Before I arrived due to my mistake, couldn't help me enough. Room was lovely. Thank you for a pleasant stay
