    I went at the wrong time!

    The location was the main reason for retuning to Summerwind. This place has a great view of the fishing pier and has three pools to pick from.

    The main reason for this trip was rest and relaxation...After we get there started getting text about the HOA sending in pest control to spray....Glad they did because we seen more than one cockroaches in the unit.Then the next text was Hiller Fire was coming by to check the fire extinguisher Wednesday or Thursday...Now it is time for the next text the to y are cutting off the water to just my building to replace the meter from 8:00-11:30. After 3:00pm we got water again. Now its time for the next text.The owner is having a package delivered. So much for rest and relaxation.

    beautiful, clean place with great view

    Everything was awesome. Super easy to check in. Place was clean, spacious, and well appointed.

    Got too many emails/notices ahead of time... they were all really long, so i had trouble finding the most important information. Would prefer a consolidated approach with reminders instead of multiple long emails/messages.
