    A beautiful spot let down by construction noise

    Gorgeous location up the Mt. Baker Highway toward Artists Point. Lovely aesthetic, with a cosy nook in the living room for looking out at the forest.

    Major construction next door meant banging and drilling from morning until 7pm. The hosts said they hadn't known, kept offering to help, then did nothing. They ignored our request for another unit and only noted that quiet hours (8-10pm) would be respected. Not what you're paying for when you book a peaceful spot in the woods.

    Love Snowater but a small unit like this needs to be organized better.

    Great location, clean, warm, everything works. Nice forest view. Easy parking.

    The bathroom and kitchen are tiny. Lack of storage. Two of the three closets are locked, the third half full of stuff. No dresser, no towel bars, no place for toothbrush or toiletries. The bedroom need a black-out shade. The parking lot light is very bright. The kitchen needs more outlets. You can't even plug in the coffee machine and toaster at the same time.

    We had a pleasant stay despite a few inconveniences.

    Laundry facilities were nice and so convenient. Kitchen was stocked with what was needed. View off porch was a beautiful

    Fireplace did not work. Door to bath was hard to use and certainly not very private. Cupboards were old and outdated so did not close well. Bathroom was very small. Very noisy from any movement on floors above.
