  It was disappointing for the reasons listed above.

  The location was great to get around easily.

  Toilet in guest/second bathroom—small flush button does not work Primary bathroom over sink light does not work consistently No paper towel Only one tea towel in kitchen No face clothes No coffee maker only electric kettle Door stops needed— the doors don’t stay open and they slam shut Notified owner about toilet, bathroom light, lack of adequate toilet paper, lack of any paper towel or Kleenex, and only a single kitchen tea towel. The response was simply “sorry for the inconvenience”. No offer to fix any of the issues. Also, no AC means the windows need to be open which also means it’s loud in the apartment at night until 3ish in the morning each night. And while discussing the lack of AC, it would be ideal if the owners provided at least a couple portable fans to help move the air. The apt is also a bit beaten up (water leaks on the ceiling, pealing paint in the bathrooms) as is the common area of the building where the carpet on the stairs is thread bare and very much needed to be vacuumed. No tray under the dish drying rack which results in water seeping onto the floor and with no paper towel and only one tea towel, it’s not manageable The beds very uncomfortable— they are sinking in the middle and the pillows are extremely low quality, chunks of foam It’s important for any guest to know that the apt is above multiple restaurants which is why it is loud.   I recommend this property for its location and cleanliness.

  Location is excellent! Apartment is spacious and clean.

  It is a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full size beds. We were 4 female adults the did not want to have to be so “cozy”. There was a couch in the living room but no linen provided for it. Apartment is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with children.
