  Perfect location and place to relax after sailing

  This was a wonderful location, easy walks to the Marina, shops, great restaurants, and the beach. The unit was very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. We loved having the balcony. Gated parking lot close to the door entry right up a short stairway. Jose and Carlos made us very welcome. They helped us with a lot of information about Portomão and answered all our questions. It was a wonderful spot for our small family reunion. We will always treasure our time there and Jose's gracious hospitality.

  Poor service ,cockroach infestation , good location only giving 2 out of 10 and not 1 because of the location

  Location and apartment only

  Service provided very very poor we spent 6 nights 4 adults with only 1 shower and face towel for the entire stay staff when asked for more said they would bring and sort it but never did 4 adults party only 3 beds with linen asked staff for more to make a 4th bed nothing was done about it and if all that wasn’t bad enough spent 6 nights killing cockroaches about 4/5 a night and the host wouldn’t stop texting me about not leaving pet fur on sofas and beds or I would have to pay an extra 50 euros for cleaning we have booked this apartment because it’s advertised as pet friendly I am not going to shave the fur of my chihuahua pet so there’s no fur left in the property ( really) don’t want fur don’t advertise as pet friendly And last I would recommend that the host let people enjoy their holidays without bombarding them with around well over 60 text messages about duties to take the rubbish and asking at the end of the stay to give a review of 10 because it’s important for them my reviews are based on accommodation and services provided and and for the price we payed nearly£800 services are very very poor will only giving a 2 because of location and apartment not staying again and would not recommend not even for my worst enemy.

  Carlos and Jose were amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome. They recommended so many great places to visit, eat, and explore, and stayed in constant contact throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was fantastic—clean, tidy, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and would happily come back again!
