Highly recommended!
our host was very responsive and friendly, he gave amazing recommendations in and around the city, we managed to try out a few of his suggestions and really enjoyed them! it was also very easy to get the keys to the apartment when we arrived a little after 6pm, from the Bologna Airport. the property is very close to public transportation, which makes it easy to get around. also possible to walk from the apartment to the city, its a very nice walk (around 30mins for us as we stoped to get gelato on the way!) we particularly liked that there was a supermarket/grocery store right within a stone's throw away from the apartment, where we could get snacks and other necessities. there are also a number of nice pasticcerias nearby. the apartment itself was spacious enough for 4 adults, and has a well-equipped kitchen.

Location and very clean apartment
Alberto greeted us and gave us lots of information. We loved we had a private car park and the washer and dryer was a big plus. Apartment is very clean and location to Bologna was good. We are in our late 70’s and it took us maybe 15-20 minutes to walk into town. We decided to take a taxi back and it was 8 euros. Second day we drove into Bologna and parked in a car park. So location is very assessable! Just steps away from the apartment is a grocery store and caffès. I would stay here again.

Ausstattung gut und modern. Man erreicht die Altstadt 20 Min zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus. Privater Parkplatz zur Verfügung, der nach Anfrage bereits um 13 Uhr zugänglich war.
Check-In ab 17 Uhr ist ein No-Go - sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Erst auf Nachfrage durften wir ab 16 Uhr einchecken - was immer noch relativ spät war. Check-out ist um 11 Uhr und für ein Apartment dieser Größe braucht man keine 6 Stunden um sauber zu machen. Da könnte man sich eine plausiblere Uhrzeit überlegen!

Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Wszystko czyste i świeże. Mimo później pory zameldowania się można było bezpłatnie wcześniej zostawić bagaże w budynku. Właściciel bardzo pomocy przesłał całą listę rekomendacji restauracji i innych potrzebnych w mieście lokalizacji. Mieszkanie znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy. Pieszo jest bardzo blisko do dworca jak i do centrum.
Wszystko było ok :)
