A Very Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience
Close to airport
This hotel has become a source of stress and discomfort rather than a place to relax. I was forced to take cold showers every day because the hotel’s water heater was not working. Every time I complained, the staff assured me it would be fixed “tomorrow,” but the problem remained unresolved for the 4 days I stayed there and until the day I checked out. To make matters worse, the hotel was carrying out renovation work, with workers creating noise directly outside my room window early every morning and construction materials being dropped onto the roof, disturbing my rest and comfort. Given these conditions, this hotel is clearly not suitable for guests with recurring health conditions who need proper rest and basic comfort. The lack of hot water, constant disturbance, and repeated unfulfilled promises made my stay thoroughly unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and sincerely hope management takes these complaints seriously before putting other guests through the same experience.
