    Didn’t get to stay

    I liked the property

    The property was undergoing maintenance, which was not mentioned until I reached the property. Had to go thru the hassle of finding another place last minute. This is a grave oversight from the management. They shouldn’t have listed their property as available in the first place but Even after booking nobody bothered to inform me that the room won’t be available when I reach there.

    We called and booked the room one week in advance. When we asked if rooms would be available, they confirmed "Yes." We also asked if any birthday celebration arrangements were possible, and they said they would check and get back to us, but no one called. Since our booking was for Saturday, we called again on Friday to reconfirm, and they assured us that our booking was confirmed. However, when we arrived for check-in on Saturday, they told us the property was fully booked and shifted us to another property instead. This was a very disappointing experience with poor booking management. Overall, it was the worst experience. Please don't book this property please and shift another property construction incomplete 🫠🫠

    Clam and comfortable

    Really enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere was lovely, and the place was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very kind, genuine, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

    One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries such as soap in the room. Drinking water was available in a jug, which was appreciated, but having a sealed bottle of water in the room would be more convenient for guests.
