住得很舒服與明鏡，但吃的不是很方便。
比我預期的好，網路上有潮濕、冷氣太吵、床不好睡幾項我很擔心的負評，但實際上我沒有感受到這幾項缺點。房間其實很寬敞，浴室設施也都是更新的設施，也沒有我最擔心的潮濕味，冷氣也很安靜，睡得很舒服。服務人員也許專業度略遜但是的態度很誠懇，很樂意幫忙，有感受到誠意。早餐還算豐盛，可以吃的蠻盡興的，就是一般的自助餐，中式、西式都有，可以吃的蠻飽的，很喜歡早餐熱熱的擔仔麵。
浴室設施雖然很新，但是我們睡的那間馬桶不通，來通過一次，但還是沒有很順，我們住了二晚，離開前有再跟櫃檯說了一次，希望他們能徹底改善。我們住的是 lake view，早晚景色還不錯，但週三晚上有試放煙火，在陽台上看不清楚，因此若想到日月潭看煙火，不建議此間。此外，附近幾乎沒有吃的，必須開車或走路的水社附近才有的吃，對講究好好吃一頓晚餐的人，這間不是很好的選項，我們的晚餐必須走到涵碧樓才有好得吃，挺不方便的，建議旅館應該有一間像樣的餐廳與酒吧，否則晚上蠻無聊的。
