  Nice friendly people just needs some work on the cabins.

  The location was great. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The pool and hotter was also nice.

  The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The microwave did not work and there was drawings all over the walls and bed frames.

  Loved the amenities

  We rented a cabin. There were no linens provided, which was disclosed after payment. Upon arrival we also discovered that there were no cookware or dishes provided to be able to use the kitchenet.

  Sun Outdoors Cabin 1

  The water activity area was very nice and the playground area was exceptional. Park was quiet and bath house was clean and up to date. Happy it was close to cabin 1.

  It would have been nice if the description of the cabin had been clearer on the accommodations. It wasn't clear that the cabin has no bathroom or sink. Only other thing was the flooding after a rain between the steps of the cabin and the cabins only parking spot.. The mattress was ok, till about the 3rd night, then the springs began to make their presence known.

  We checked in on 05.15.26. I rented a small cabin as it was only my 2 daughters and I. We arrived a bit early to the area and thought we'd see if we could check in. I walked in the office and the staff was very friendly. I explained I was there a bit early and figured I'd see if we could check in. The lady at the desk advised that it was empty the night before and should be okay but she'd call housekeeping. No problem, we filled out the forms and chatted. She gave us cabin 3. We left the office and housekeeping was still in the cabin. Again, no issue we drove around the resort and checked it out. We get back and housekeeping left. Cool, we get pulled in and unloaded. Now, keep in mind they don't provide linens at all for the small cabins. So we get in and immediately I can see a dead bug on the windowsill and it's extremely dusty. I threw the bug out and moved on. Next, I went to make the full size bed and found trash behind the bed. Picked it up and moved on. The bunk beds is now the focus of sheets and prepping. The top bunk was decent. The bottom bunk was horrible. You could feel the springs and just very uncomfortable. So I stop in the office and I apologize and let the lady know. She's apologetic and she's looking in her system. She's like I'm going to upgrade you to a cottage that has everything included. I said, are you sure? Thank you! She's doing her thing then her "boss" called and then advised that they would replace the mattress. But she's already advised she was moving us. So I ask her to keep the replacement and she agrees. She's continuing on the computer and filling out the new form with the code and location number then her "boss" calls again ans this time she steps away from the desk leaving for 5-10 mins while I just stand there. She finally came back and again changed her word. Now, she says we are going to put you in cabin 2. At this point I'm annoyed.
