    Nice view from the breakfast restaurant.

    I arranged a taxi through the hotel to pick me up at the airport and take me to the hotel. This should have been a straightforward arrangement, but the taxi never showed up. As a result, I had to take a much more expensive taxi myself, although it was still cheaper than the price quoted by the hotel. On the way back from the hotel to the airport, I booked a taxi through Grab, which cost only half as much. The hotel’s prices for transportation seem outrageously overpriced, and I honestly struggle to see how this could be anything other than a rip-off. On another evening, we asked the reception whether it would be possible to visit the top floor at 9 p.m. to see the Dragon Bridge, as there was supposedly a restaurant up there. The receptionist assured us that this would be fine. However, when we went upstairs shortly before 9 p.m., the staff member there simply told us that they were closed. This was frustrating, especially since we had specifically asked in advance and had been given the go-ahead. Overall, the poor organisation, misleading information, and excessive transportation prices made for a very disappointing experience.
