  Highly disappointing

  I liked the comfort of the mattresses and pillows, the air conditioning, the beautiful view, and the kindness and helpfulness of the property manager.

  I was very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The cleaning seemed to have been done only superficially. The walls were dirty, and there were crumbs and dust on the floor. The mirrors, windows, and TV were also stained and dirty. The terrace was not properly cleaned either. The furniture was old, worn out, and peeling. The only positive aspects were the two beds and the bed linen, which were comfortable and clean. There were also many cats around the property, and they were able to enter the premises. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of cat urine mixed with air freshener throughout the property, including inside the apartment, which was very difficult to tolerate. In the evening, the smell around the building became even stronger, making it impossible to sit on the terrace and enjoy the otherwise beautiful view. I was extremely upset and disappointed by the conditions I found, especially because the reviews did not reflect the reality of my experience. I shared our dissatisfaction with the property manager when we checked out. I did not want to get into an argument, as the unpleasant smell inside and around the building was something that could not simply be changed, and realistically, there was nothing else he could have offered us at that point. This was simply the sad reality of the conditions we found. I personally washed and cleaned the apartment so that we could stay there for the four days. However, there was nothing I could do about the unpleasant smell throughout the building and around the property. It is a shame that the reviews do not reflect the reality. After discussing the matter with the property manager, we came to the conclusion that we simply have very different ideas about what constitutes decent conditions, an acceptable standard of cleanliness, and what constitutes an acceptable smell. I am an animal lover and a cat owner myself, so I have nothing against the cats, and I understand and appreciate the desire to rescue

  Dezamăgire maximă. Preț enorm față de ce oferă.

  Peisajul care se vedea din balcon,marea. Patul,destul de confortabil.

  Lipsa curățeniei,am dormit într-o camera plina de pânze de păianjen și păianjeni. La intrarea în hotel te întâmpină o ușă cu niște geamuri mari pline de mizerie de nu vedeai prin ele,la fel ca si usa de la balconul nostru,plina de mizerie. Revenind la camera un singur AC poziționat în fața patului neputând fi folosit sa răcești camera în special noaptea când devenea infernala căldură nu puteai ca bătea aerul fix în tine și nu era ok. Copiii în camera lor au făcut saună 7 nopți...neavând măcar plase la.usile care dădeau în balcon ,un mare.minus.TREBUIE URGENT PLASE LA USI!!!Ne.am fiert la propriu.Baia minuscula cu o cabina de dus de copii,unde nu ai cum sa pui perdea sau o cabina în toată regula și efectiv uzi toată baia..un mare,mare disconfort ...până făceam.baie 5 persoane. Pânzele de păianjen după ce ca erau în toate colturile camerei mai erau și în lustra de deasupra patului.Toate cablurile ieșite din pardoseala în camera,,baie chiar daca pareau izolate tot te panicau sa nu atingi pe acolo,spartura din perete în urma montării aerului.O mobila de bucătărie de ii cădeau ușile?foarte incompleta nu aveai un cos de gunoi trebuia sa pun eu un sac în dulapul unde a fi stat coșul și după umplere îl scoteai la ușa și îl luau ei.Nu un prăjitor de paine ,un Sandwich maker....un cuțit vai mama lui, de unt.Multe lipsuri în partea de bucatarie.Daca real ai fi vrut sa gătești ceva nu aveai cu ce...hota nefuncționale,nu era nici montat burlanul,nu un tocător. Prosoape deși ni.. s aspus ca se schimba zilnic am cerut eu după a 3 a zi,curatenia nu,am fost sunata după 5 zile dacă doresc schimbarea lenjeriei?am.refuzat ca mai stăteam o zi și nu mai avea rost. Cea mai mare dezamăgire a mea pe aceasta insulă a fost aceasta cazare.
