Nice visit to Palm Springs
Very private - perfect for a couple "get-away". Lots of things to do in the Palm Springs area. This was in celebration of our 37th anniversary. Had good friends tag along with us and they enjoyed the trip a lot.
Internet was up and down at times, and affected use of the televisions. Believe the router is going out. Also, the router needs to be located in a more central location rather than in one of the bedrooms. The pool and spa were very nice, but the pool maintenance crew needs to go back to water chemistry school (side note: I maintain my own pool and know what it takes to get things "right"). After an hour or so in the pool, we all noticed our skin turning red and itching. I grabbed some test strips from the nearby Walmart and tested the water chemistry. Cyauranic acid level (CYA) was way too high - three times the standard high value (i.e. way too much stabilizer, resulting from excessive use of chlorine tablets). All chlorine tablets contain stabilizer and have a tendency to over-dose a pool with CYA. When CYA is that high, it will cause skin irritation...beside the fact that it takes three times as much chlorine to provide effective sanitation when CYA is so high. Only meaningful fix is a partial drain and refill of the pool/spa. When the pool guys stopped by, they asked if they could add some chlorine tablets <facepalm>. Guys, please go back to pool school and re-learn water chemistry!

A excellent place to stay in Palm Springs and no hesitation to visit again. There are some spectacular places to visit s
The pool and hot tub. It was very private. The host were excellant and always accessible and helpful. The house is big enough for us 3, and can fit 4 no problem.
À minor point was the garage floor had oil from car use over the years, but it’s normal wear and tear, but the garage inside could be updated.

We liked the fruit and beverages
Warmer weather and less wind to enjoy the pool, just kidding! The weather was perfect for hiking and our excursions
