    I can never get tiered written reviews on this hotel and its team, as everytime i stay i received the best of the hospitality and services.     Unfortunately, there was nothing to like except the location

    First, my booking indicated that I would have complimentary access to several facilities, including parking. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay for parking and informed that it was not complimentary. Second, I was assigned a room in the middle of the night. I had to remove several cockroaches from the bathroom. The following day, I was moved to a suite, but the toilet was leaking. Maintenance had to be sent to address the issue, which forced me to postpone my plans. In addition, the towels were very worn and did not feel clean.
