  A great place to stay

  Very comfortable spacious house with 3 toilets 🤗 . Great play area outside for kids. Lovely big kitchen with good facilities and private parking space. Close to shops. We had a very happy stay and would love to stay again another time.

  The ensuite shower was not working but the host very kindly let us know. Water pressure in the other shower was not good.

  Two Night Stay

  I went for this property because of it's size and more than one toilet. The location was good for where we wanted to be. The things like cooker, fridge and microwave were good. Overall the property was very good

  Although our bed was reasonably comfy the springs in the mattress were very noisy. There wasn't any user guides for microwave etc. An iron but no ironing board. Not enough towels. Not enough cooking utensils like basins etc. If I was to stay there for a week instead of only two nights, we wouldn't have been able to do much cooking. The metal pan sets were just too big. Not enough smaller pans

  A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a clean, spacious home with great hospitality.

  I had a wonderful stay at Sunderland Villa Luxuria. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out straightforward. Everything was exactly as described, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sunderland.

  There was very little not to like about Sunderland Villa Luxuria. The stay was comfortable, the property was well maintained, and everything met my expectations. I had a great experience overall and would happily return.

  The place is nice

  One of the toilet upstair was smell poo quite strong when we arrived as if somebody used it,we ignored that, my children and my husband didn't slept because they're heard steps and banging inside the house, we're been always away from home but this is the first time they're experienced that.
