The location is quite difficult to access, which made the stay less convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the bedding (including the sheets and pillows) did not feel fresh or hygienic. The towels were also in poor condition—torn and not clean. Breakfast was another letdown. Basic hygiene seemed to be lacking, as even the cutlery was not properly cleaned (I couldn’t use the knife). Overall, the hotel appears poorly maintained and not well looked after, which significantly impacted the experience.
