good amount of space, but very outdated and host doesnt provide many basic things for travelers
good size one bedroom apartment. in seemed like indian, nepalis, turkish and mid eastern type of people neighborhood with lots of affordable places to eat. lots of space. Good location and about 15 minutes by car to termini station.
could hear neighbors and was noisy at times. in the morning someone walk me up swimming right outside the windows, and you could see the people could be looking into your bedroom. Place not very cozy and not cooking friendly. For example pots had no lids, cutting board was missing and no sharp or chef knife to cut veggies or for cooking. Electrical kettle was nasty with heavy calcium build up, so boiled water would come out with residue and not very drinkable. washing sponges and rags were kind of nasty and used a lot. Host cant afford 1 euro to provide a new sponge to wash dishes? Shower didn't have any kind of body wash or shampoo. Careful with hot water its scorging hot. Easy 3rd degree burn if not careful. Coffee maker didnt work. And when I asked host if he had a cutting board or a sharp knife he simply ignored me. When I told him about coffee maker not working he said I am working far in Rome and cant come and check it out, however 15 minutes later toilet water retention bucket begun to leak, so I notified the host and he showed up in like 10 to 15 minutes, so pretty much he lied to me about working and being far away. Seems like he didnt want to deal with it. TV has no smart tv for netflix, and so on, its just regular italian tv programs, so kind of out dated. If you stay long enough and buy things which are missing maybe its ok, and wroth to have extra space, but for short stays it defeats the point to be buying stuff for the kitchen, bathroom and so on. What is the point of having a kitchen if you dont even have a cutting board, a knife and lids for pots? you should bring your own soaps and shampoos, as host doesnt provide anything. outdated and missing a lot of basic things that traveler would want to use.
