    excellent home and location, generally very well equipped. quiet and convenient.

    we expected a full service home for a 4 day stay. while most everything was there, little important things were missing: a roll of paper towel, maybe some olive oil, foil wrap, a decent frypan (not old and very scratched), an egg/pancake flipper. small things that would have made things a bit easier.

    Villa was clean inside. We discovered a dead rat in the pool shortly after we arrived !

    Lack of air conditioning in the peak of Summer very disappointing & made it very difficult to sleep at night with the heat upstairs. Ventilation units provided, but not much use. Beds very uncomfortable in 2 out of 3 rooms.
