  Amazing property and hosts

  Owners were friendly and very helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend this property.

  I wouldn't say we disliked anything but as there was no air conditioning we hired one for the 2 weeks which again was n0 problem.

  Przyjemnie!

  Przestronny dom, fajny duży taras. W komfortowych warunkach spędziliśmy tam 7 dni w 5 osób i 5 rowerów :) Okolica jest cicha, chociaż przy głównej drodze. Bardzo fajne miejsce. Niedaleko plaża, sklep po drugiej stronie drogi. Bardzo polecam. Dziękujemy za możliwość przedłużenia godziny wymeldowania!

  Można by było dosprzątać trochę lepiej.

  Bella esperienza

  We stayed in this apartment in Maspalomas until today, and overall the experience was really very positive. The location is simply amazing: extremely convenient for getting around and perfect for fully enjoying the area. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. One aspect that could be improved is the general condition of the apartment, which could use a bit of maintenance, as in some areas it feels a little worn. Aside from that, everything was fantastic! We also really appreciated the great flexibility: we were allowed to check out much, much later than the scheduled time — a rare and very welcome gesture. Highly recommended!

  Un po' spartana ma c'è tutto quello che serve per una bella vacanza.

  L'appartamento si trova in un contesto residenziale molto bello e in un quartiere molto vivo e con tutto ciò che serve, dai servizi ai negozi, ai locali per pranzo/cena. La casa ha degli ottimi spazi esterni molto utili per rilassarsi, pranzare o stendere il bucato. La camera matrimoniale al piano terra e le due camere al piano superiore sono belle e moderne e hanno un armadio ciascuna. La camera matrimoniale al piano superiore possiede addirittura un terrazzo privato. I bagni sono entrambi finestrati e hanno armadietti dove mettere le proprie cose. La cucina è ben fornita di ogni stoviglia e posata necessaria. Nel giardino comune delle villette ci sono due piscine (ma non le abbiamo utilizzate a causa del meteo avverso, faceva abbastanza freddo e tirava vento).

  L'interno è un po' trascurato (alcuni muri sono un po' rovinati dall'umidità e servirebbe una bella imbiancata) e gli infissi delle porte sono vecchiotte. La camera singola al piano terra vicino alla cucina è un po' piccola e vecchiotta con l'interruttore della luce che non sempre funziona bene. L'altezza del letto è un po' elevata, non comodissimo (abbiamo preferito non utilizzarla). Ci sono ogni tanto delle formiche in bagno (ma c'è uno spray da poter utilizzare sotto il lavandino della cucina)
