Disgusting unit, broken fixtures, and a 90-minute lockout — DO NOT STAY HERE

The location was great, and that is about it.

Zodiak Stays’ claims of "high-profile professional cleaning" are completely false. Upon entry, the apartment was disgusting: heavy black mold in the shower track, dusty surfaces, a hole in the ceiling, broken blind pulls, and a foul odor. On top of that, we arrived right on time for our agreed 7:00 PM check-in to an empty lockbox and were left waiting outside for 1.5 hours for someone to bring a key. Basic essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets were also missing. Absolute failure from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
