Tolles Appartment mit Potential. Kleinigkeiten hätten es besser machen können.
Das Appartment ist 1km fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze und man hat im App. viel Platz ( allerdings waren wir nur zu 2., statt 8 möglicher Plätze). Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien und Outdoorküche ist super. Klimaanlage ist da. Waschmaschine da (Pulver mitnehmen)- nur leider stank die Maschine sehr muffig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut telefonisch,als wir ein Thema bei der Anreise hatten.
Die Reinigung müsste viel gründlicher sein (also Küche und Bad waren okay, aber man merkte, dass er oberflächlich sauber gemacht wurde). Es war sehr warm im Appartment (Klimaanlage war da). Vor dem Appartment ist der Parkplatz- leider sind auch 2 Firmen im Nebengebäude, was zu ständigen An-/Abfahrten auf dem Schotter bis in die Nacht führte. Die Autos wurden leider auch nach 22:30 noch ausgesaugt. Das nervte. Das Bad ist sehr klein, Waschbecken mini und es fehlte an einem Mülleimer und der Wasserdruck ist mau. Dusche teilweise defekt( keine Rainshower). Leider rochen die Handtücher muffig und es fehlten bei Anreise 3 Handtücher. Schade!

No hot water, no compensation
Check in process was easy and the apartment was well presented and clean
The apartment did not have hot water and the water pressure was very low. When I tried to take a shower and found out there was no hot water, I notified the owner's representative and they said to run the taps for 10 minutes. I did and tried to get the hot water going for over 30 minutes but there was no change. I left cold and disappointed with the level of amenity and service at the apartment and would not recommend it to anyone. When attempting to get some compensation for the lack of hot water, I was accused of lying by the owner and they refused to provide any refund. The owner lacks integrity and appears they value money over quality of service. An absolutely terrible experience, one I don't wish upon any guest.
