Relaxing Stay, but confusing process.
The apartment was amazing, incredible views and the host was really sweet. Very clean, spacious and lovely terrace overlooking the bay/mountain view. Quiet restaurants nearby at a walkable distance.
We didn't realise it was cash on arrival, and as we were on a trip meeting work colleagues, we really didn't have the time to get out the extra cash. Host also asked to register ourselves for the tourist tax, which we also didn't have time for. It was suggested that we couldn't give her a passport photo and it had to be the original. This can not have been true as we'd been in montenegro for two nights at another residence, they had registered already for the tourist tax using copies of our passports. Location is also a taxi ride away from the town, or an hour walk but plenty of bars and restaurants in the quieter areas at a walkable distance.
