Most Terrible Owner, who just don't care at all. Cockroach and Silver infestation everywhere.
Location was oke, and the wifi was working.
How it started ? I was asking very politely the owner whether I can take the keys 1-2 hours early. I was completely ignored. Then the Owner blamed on me that He did not respond as He assumed that He did not respond that means I can move in at 15:00 as advertised. He was extremely rude to me how He responded about this. Then at the handover He sent His Cleaner. The whole key handover was a mess ... the only communication channel was via booking.com massages ... Communication was broken from the very beginning. ... Then serious trouble started after I got in. I used to live in Spain for 3 Years I know exactly how a cockroach infestation looks like. ... And in the apartment there was a serious cockroach and on the top of that silverfish infestation too ... which means the apartment was not cleaned properly for a long long time !!! But the Cockroaches were the worst ... I could not sleep ... I was trying to avoid the apartment as much as I could ... as Cockroaches can get into bed, walk on your face ... etc ... Oven was not working at alll ... there was no manuals how to use different appliances ... etc ... Even though when I booked the apartment looked clean ... but in reality WAS NOT !!! I should have reported the Owner to the local Authorities about the cockroach infestation as these things will effect other apartments ... However I did not came to Spain to deal with other peoples apartments and authorities !!! Overall ... just very very terrible !!!

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el apartamento. Muy limpio, espacioso, moderno y muy bien equipado. Buena ubicación, piscina y zonas comunes muy tranquilas y perfectas para ir en familia. Lo recomendamos al 100%
