  Tout était parfait. L’emplacement et la terrasse sont exceptionnels.

  Je n’ai pas pu mettre une note parfaite en raison des travaux dans l’immeuble. Le bruit était infernal et j’ai dû quitter dans le jour le lundi et mardi car c’était insupportable. Je vous conseille de demander si des travaux sont actuellement en cours, ce que j’aurais aimé savoir. C’est dommage parce que outre cela, cet endroit est parfait.

  Séjour de rêve

  Emplacement exceptionnel, calme, vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil fantastique. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. Cuisine et 2 salles de bains au top. Literie excellente. Grand salon avec Netflix, YouTube sur la TV. Piscine avec très jolie vue, pas froide avec tout les équipements pour passer un bon moment. Terrasse fleurie immense avec différents espaces et hamac. Place de parking bien pratique. Sur les hauteurs de Calheta.

  A Sunny Arco Dissapointment

  This is an honest review. We booked for 7 nights and in the end stayed for 3 nights. Lets start with the positives. The property is huge. There is a big living room, a seperate kitchen, bedroom and even two bathrooms. The balcony is massive and from the balcony you have a nice view over the bananaplantation and Atlantic Ocean. Parking was easy as you get a dedicated parking spot. Another positive is the owner of the property. Marcos was friendly and willing to help out with our suggestions.

  Like I said, I have to be honest. The moment we stepped into the property it didn't feel comfortable. The place had a musty smell. Now if I would have been the owner, I would have bought a little welcoming gift, like a little bottle of Madeira wine, but there wasn't any. WiFi was working great in the living room, but when you got into the bedroom, the signal was lost. The bed was a nightmare. You can't move without waking up the other person laying next to you. Everything squeeks and bounces. But the real reason we left the property early were the ants walking around in the living room, especially over the carpet. We used some insect spray to try to get them out, but this didn't work. Then we had some other uninvited quests as well: Cockroaches. Huge ones. I contacted Booking about this matter and they helped us out. There should also be a swimming pool somewhere, but we did not get to see it. Be aware that you have to share this pool with all the other appartments. It is quite a big building.

  Eine perfekte Unterkunt. Wir kommen gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder in diese Unterkunft.

  Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die besonders gut liegt für die Wanderungen im Westen und auf der Hochebene. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.
