  El departamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo, tiene también todo lo que se puede necesitar para que la estadía sea por demás agradable.

  No es tanto como un problema, pero me resultó extraño tener que sacar la basura, a un tacho en la calle.

  Amazing for exploring Seville

  Barbara is a great host, providing plenty of culinary recommendations and cultural experiences in the city. She’s also interested in guests experience and replies to questions and queries in a timely manner. The apartment has everything that is listed and is very clean. The location allows exploring central parts of Seville by foot. Shops, landmarks and restaurants are within walking distance. There’s space to cook simple meals and store food. Wardrobe is big and has a lot of hangers.

  For light sleepers I recommend using earplugs as the street and neighbour sounds are hearable, which is typical for Spanish buildings.

  Electrical faults and mold

  The keys were left at a local bazaar run by Chinese people. The directions indicated a Chinese restaurant but after re-reading a few times, a paragraph previous indicated a different location. We tried both and finally got the keys. Our first evening, the electric circuit breaker tripped twice. We were told possibly due to having the heat on which by the way didn't really put out any heat or air movement. Then the following day, the breaker tripped again with only the TV and bathroom light on. That night it tripped again with light, TV and heat on. The following day we left and I don't believe anything was on and it tripped again. At that point we decided to move as we were concerned for our safety and informed her of all this. Her comment back to everything was "it was strange with so little plugged in". When I asked if we would receive any reimbursement for the 2 days we left early, there was no response. One minor issue-The bathroom shower is not large enough to turn around in without hitting the knob. And there is some black mold in the grout in the corners of the shower.

  Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lovely Center apartment Encina ha sido simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es inmejorable: muy cerca del centro y de la estación, lo que permite moverse a pie cómodamente, pero en una calle tranquila donde se descansa de maravilla. El apartamento es muy acogedor, limpio y cuidado al detalle, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La distribución, aunque es compacto, es muy práctica y el ambiente resulta cómodo y agradable tanto para estancias cortas como más largas. Destacamos especialmente la limpieza impecable, la comodidad de la cama y lo bien equipado que está el alojamiento. Además, la comunicación con la anfitriona ha sido excelente desde el primer momento: atenta, cercana y siempre dispuesta a ayudar y dar buenos consejos. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo y lo aconsejamos al 100 % a cualquier persona que visite la ciudad. Gracias por todo
