    Central apartment in Carlton.

    Our building was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Central location. Overlooking a nice small park within the quadrangle. Lift was easy to use and get to 3rd floor with luggage. Car space in basement was great to access. Would recommend and stay again. (Hopefully the noisy dog would be more quiet next time).

    Metal chairs on balcony uncomfortable. Couch not great for comfort. Not enough towel racks in bathroom. Noisy dog outside barking frequently at night.

    Perfect location for us - easy to get to the CBD, Queen Vic Market and Fitzroy. Loved the amenities in the apartment - happy to have a hair dryer with diffuser, espresso machine, and toaster.

    Pick Me !

    Great location. Good coffee spots nearby. Highly walkable with several tramlines nearby.

    The only issue was the key pickup. It's at a nearby small deli/ Grocery store about 3 blocks away.
