    Un vrai coup de cœur à Matera !

    Emplacement idéal, en bordure immédiate de la zone piétonne et du quartier historique des Sassi — tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement est très lumineux, spacieux, avec des pièces aux volumes généreux et des plafonds hauts typiques du bâti des années 1920-30. La décoration, minimaliste et soignée, laisse toute la place à ce bel intérieur ancien. Équipement complet et pensé : climatisation très efficace (précieuse en septembre), lave-linge séchant. Il est situé au 2e étage sans ascenseur — pas un souci en soi, mais à savoir avant d'arriver avec les valises. Petit supermarché à proximité pour les courses du quotidien, et un grand parc juste en face de la rue, parfait pour nos sorties avec notre chien (accepté sans problème). Côté stationnement, rien de compliqué : nous avons trouvé une place dans la rue voisine, en zone payante, pour 17 € les deux jours. Enfin et surtout, la propriétaire a été d'une disponibilité et d'une réactivité remarquables tout au long du séjour. Un hébergement que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

    Todo! Muy buena ubicación, muy luminoso. El sistema central de refrigeración, las comodidades. El lavarropas, la cocina super completa. Nos dejó aceite, sal, jabón para lavar la ropa. Nos dio consejos. Increíble...
