Hotel je velik i ima nekoliko dobrih strana. Sobe i bazeni su čisti, većina osoblja je ljubazna, a veliki izbor trgovina unutar kompleksa je svakako plus. Međutim, za cijenu od oko 140 € dnevno očekivali smo puno više. Internet je jako loš, a s obzirom na to koliko je hotel velik i koliko je sve raštrkano, potpuno je neshvatljivo da ne postoji nikakva mapa hotela koja bi gostima olakšala snalaženje. Glavni bazen našeg hotela nije radio cijeli dan, bez ikakvog konkretnog objašnjenja gostima. Struja je također nestajala svako malo, što je vrlo neugodno. Hrana je možda najveći problem. Iako je ponekad bila dobra, gotovo je svaki dan ista, bez dovoljno raznolikosti. Ako dođete nešto kasnije na obrok, hrana je često hladna i tvrda. Za hotel ove cijene očekivali bismo puno veću kvalitetu i raznovrsniju ponudu. Posebno bih izdvojio i mlađu djelatnicu na rezervacijama restorana, s dugom crnom kosom. Bila je vrlo neljubazna i nije znala jasno objasniti informacije, što je ostavilo jako loš dojam. Još jedan veliki problem je nedostatak ležaljki. Ako želite dobiti slobodnu ležaljku, praktički morate ustati u 5 ujutro i zauzeti je. Po cijelom kompleksu također ima dosta nepokupljenih plastičnih čaša, papira i ostalog otpada, što ostavlja dojam nedovoljne brige o čistoći zajedničkih prostora. Sve u svemu, hotel ima potencijala i neke stvari su stvarno dobre, ali previše je problema za cijenu koju traže. Smatram da je 140 € po danu jednostavno previše za ono što se dobije. Po meni je puno bolje dodati oko 30 € više dnevno i otići u neki kvalitetniji hotel, primjerice Hilton, gdje bi omjer cijene i kvalitete vjerojatno bio puno bolji.

Zuhanynál gyenge a víznyomás, de elfogadható, és az elhelyezkedés miatt elég szeles, de erről nem ők tehetnek😄
A szoba tiszta, az egész területet takarítják, az ételek is jók, a személyzet is kedves, és itt nem jönnek percenként árulni valamit.
