There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     Las vistas al mar son espectaculares y ese es, sin duda, uno de los puntos positivos del alojamiento. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia estuvo muy lejos de ser satisfactoria.

    La cama y las almohadas, nos resultaron muy incómodas, hasta el punto de dificultarnos bastante el descanso. Pero lo realmente grave y desagradable fue la presencia de cucarachas en el edificio y también dentro de nuestra habitación. Llegamos incluso a encontrarlas saliendo del armario. La sensación fue de absoluta repugnancia y, sinceramente, algo así resulta totalmente inaceptable en un alojamiento. Por muy bonitas que sean las vistas, encontrar cucarachas dentro de la habitación es algo que eclipsa por completo cualquier aspecto positivo del apartamento. Para nosotros, la limpieza y la ausencia de plagas deberían ser algo básico y no algo que un huésped tenga que cuestionarse durante su estancia.

    A great, very well equipped, apartment

    This apartment is awesome. It has everything you need for a vacation. We, a couple, stayed here for nearly a week and it was perfect for us. First off, the ocean view is the first thing you see when you wake up. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need and the living room has a large dining table so you can prepare your own meals. The shower is perfect with steaming hot water and the bed is comfy. There are also a washing machine and a drying rack. Solid Wi-fi via the apartment's hotspot. There are several mini-markets (Spar) within less than 5 minutes' walk. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of the best apartments we've had.

    Check-out time - 10:00 - might be somewhat early. Parking is mostly available, but you need to pay if you park after 8am. There is a nice yard between the building and the beach (the one shown on the pic with a swimming pool), but it is not accessible to the guests of the apartment.
