Op het laatste moment bericht gekregen dat de reservering geannuleerd zou moeten worden omdat de toiletfaciliteiten niet zouden werken. Zeiden dat ze dit zelf niet konden annuleren, maar ik het moest doen. Dit zou ik niet kunnen doen zonder annuleringskosten te moeten betalen. Dit gemeld bij Booking.com

Cheap and comfortable
Location right in the middle between Avlabari station ( ideal for airport bus transfer ) and the old town
Check in time is meant to be 2 pm but I had to wait longer because previous guest over stayed 1.5 hours. Triple room 42 on the last floor has a weak WiFi; power sockets on the wall didn’t work for my charger and I had left my phone charging overnight as I had an early flight to catch and alarm was set at 5 am. Luckily I woke up at 1 am to realize phone was still off. Tried all sockets but none worked. I went to reception and called the 24hour number provided in case of anything and the person who answered didn’t seem much bothered and told me “that’s an issue we usually have in Georgia for European chargers”. I was at a different hotels in Tbilisi and Kazbegi before and I didn’t have that issue at all. Eventually I found another charger in reception and although I brought this Georgian charger upstairs to my room , the outcome was still the same. I had to spend 50 minutes of my very short stay at this hotel waiting in reception at almost 2 am to be able to charge my phone when I could have easily spent that time in my room sleeping . UNACCEPTABLE Bed was comfortable. Room is pretty large and price was decent. There is a restaurant/ coffee shop next door and lady serving was very nice and friendly.

Good location
The dorms is smaller than expected from the picture even the toilet. Very hard to move around. No PowerPoint if u sleep on the upper deck, had to share extension from the lower deck if u want to charge phone
