    Vrlo dobar, uz par dorada može biti odličan

    Domaćin i vlasnik fleksibilni i dostupni. Apartman kao sa slike, čist, pristupačan, lokacija odlicna

    Treba rešiti ugaonu garnituru u dnevnoj sobi jer, sa trenutnom garniturom, ovaj smeštaj je za max 3 osobe jer je spavanje otežano trenutno. Nemoguće je rashladiti spavaću sobu jer je klima na mestu koje ne omogućava rashlađivanje spavaće sobe a sama lokacija sobe je takva da se ne može napraviti ni prirodna cirkulacija spoljnog vazduha.
