We had a fantastic family vacation with excellent accommodations. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
The spacious, airy, and comfortable rooms are complemented by the very clean pool area. The property is conveniently located near the beach, NOKOMIS Pickleball courts, and a supermarket. The house is well-equipped with more than what is necessary, and the prompt response from the property to replace the propane was commendable.
These items require attention rather than being disliked. The queen-size mattress was too soft, the sliding door was difficult to use, the grill grease drain needs cleaning, and the pool screen near the left screen door has a large hole in the bottom.

I loved everything about this property. It was perfect. Super clean. Very homey. The owners even provide beach stuff so you don't have to rent any. Super thoughtful of them. There was a little welcome snacky situation with a thank you card waiting when we arrived. If ever I go back to FL I'll definitely look for this place first. 🥰

We had a fantastic stay! Great location, the house very nice and spacious. The outdoor entertainment area was a huge hit
The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the beaches we visited. The pool area and back yard was awesome and the kids loved having ample things to do at the house.

This is a beautiful home
The house was absolutely a gem! The location was great since you can easily drive to numerous beaches within the area. Close to state parks as well. The pool and the outside area was just perfect for relaxing and entertaining our kids. Plenty of various dining options in the immediate area as well if you're willing to drive down to Venice or up towards Seista Key/Sarasota area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Definitely will return if we stay up in the area again. Great value for your money and the house is stocked great especially for those traveling in from out of state. I would also recommend this to friends and family if they are traveling to the area.
We liked everything. However, my preference would have been a guide for the house as it took me a while to figure out the lights and some features. A checklist for the check out process would have been key, to ensure we did everything that was expected.
