Sunny Paradise - a peaceful house in a good location at a good price. We will book it again.
The house was very nice. It is very clean inside. Large kitchen. Vaulted ceilings. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room. Furniture is comfortable, and we slept really well on the bed in the master bedroom. Also, the canal view from the house and lanai is beautiful. We loved that the location was easy to access and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Owner not responsive- shows up an hour an half late to let us in the door, dirty underwear in garage, no bikes as stated, fishing rods did not have line, tvs didn’t work because of poor WiFi. Lights on the dock didn’t work

Nice Home. Weird Vibe.
Clean pool on a timer so it cleans itself everyday. Big rooms. Two bathrooms. Boris takes pride in the home and it shows. Very friendly neighbor.
Boris was a little scary. He acted odd at me and the two teen girls with me. He "likes girls". Friendly until I said my husband was flying in for the last couple nights of our stay. Then made me pay him cash right then and wouldn't leave. We left to Publix so he would leave. Just odd. We stayed back in May 2023 and I waited to review so I would not be as negative. There were a couple bugs in the kitchen so we kept our food in the nice fridge. It is Florida after all.
