  Jacuzzi/Spa was unusable it smelled as not serviced, had oil slick on surface, filters had layer of dirt and litter on, the cover was torn and broken, the safety clips some missing and broken with the safety straps also. Step for access missing. Contacted with problem on arrival as we were very much looking foreword to using for therapy, before we unpacked for 3 night stay. 3 days and nights without being attended too and as l said unusable. I have a spa in my home.

  Nice little place

  An upscale, cozy holiday home balances refined architecture with warm, touchable textures. Rather than feeling like a stark showroom, high-end design relies on heavy, natural materials, layered lighting, and seamless utility.

  The floor pitched at a subtle, unnerving angle, as if the entire house had settled unevenly into the earth. With every step, my feet met the floorboards a fraction of an second earlier than expected, forcing a awkward, compensatory stride. A quiet wave of nausea crept up the back of my neck, the slight visual tilt clashing with my inner ear and leaving my head spinning with a faint, persistent dizziness.

  Not great. Disappointing!

  The beds were comfortable.

  The house/cottage has building issues. The floors of the building slope making the front and back doors difficult to open and shut. The front door handle is almost coming off and needs to be fixed or replaced so on arrival trying to get into the property does not a give a great first impression. On entry the house a sort of mouldy smell which is concerning. The water in the ouutdoor spa was very smelly making it unpleasant to use. We booked this property specifically for the outdoor spa, so it was very disappointing as it didn't feel or smell clean. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods and not even coffee sachets. There was only tea sachets. There was no complimentary small box milk provided either and no washing machine powder or dishwasher machine powder/liquid provided either. Usually small sample packets of theses are complimentary and provided for single use on arrival. Given the amount we paid to stay at this property I would expect these to be included. We were only provided with one bathroom towel each so if you used the spa you didn't have one for the shower. Whilst the lounge couches look nice they are very hard and uncomfortable. There was rubbish left outside near the front door on arrival and we were requested to put out our rubbish prior to departure, however, the large rubbish bins provided outside the property were overflowing so it made it difficult to push our rubbish in.
