  Had absolutely everything I needed to stay for the night, everything was great, had all the facilities I needed and would definitely stay again

  I messaged the staff as I was running out of charge on my phone, they promised they would immediately send me the details of how to find and enter the property but had to wait till a few minutes before I could check in, so I was left walking around in the scorching heat with not a clue whether it was legit or not, which totally put me off, karaoke was playing literally outside the property till 2am which wasn't the properties fault but should be mentioned, also was told it had a pool view which was the biggest lie, I was looking at a set of old apartments and seats at the karaoke bar which also annoyed me, just be honest

  Ci siamo trovati bene, la consiglierei

  La struttura era molto bella ed altrettanto la stanza. Era molto grande e ben fornita. Anche lo staff molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno.

  Apartamento sucio

  Ubicación

  El apartamento no se encontraba limpio antes de nuestra entrada. Había polvo y encontramos incluso un globo inflado debajo de la cama. La taza del baño estaba sucia y tampoco había papelera en el baño ni alfombra para la ducha. Además, solo nos dejaron dos toallas que, aunque estaban dobladas, estaban húmedas y tenían mal olor. Tampoco había paños ni estropajo para poder limpiar o mantener mínimamente limpio el apartamento durante nuestra estancia. En definitiva, la sensación fue de que simplemente se había recogido el apartamento, pero que no se había realizado una limpieza adecuada antes de nuestra llegada. Consideramos que estas condiciones no son aceptables, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se entrega el apartamento a nuevos huéspedes y se espera encontrarlo limpio, higiénico y equipado con los elementos básicos.

  Encantada de poder comentar ,el apartamento estaba muy sucio, tanto que mostraré fotos para demostrarlo ,,,me salió 178€ x dos noches ,,,ni en una pensión hubiese encontrado tanta suciedad,llenos de pelos por todos lados ,cucarachas muertas dentro de muebles de cocina, las toallas tendidas en el tendedero cuando llegamos ,,,,cosa que no entendimos , no tienen repuestos de toallas para dejarlas dobladas ,,,,en fin un horror.
