    OK

    Good location - enjoyed Arnside

    Plumbing and electrics left a lot to be desired. Everything just felt dusty.

    Relaxing area close to the promenade and local shops, lovely walks close by and good running routes to take in the wildl

    Size and location were perfect, lots of space, well cared for and maintained

    Disappointed

    The bedrooms were a good size. It was a cheaper option.

    Very dark and dingy. Not very spacious in kitchen or living area for 14 people. Upon arrival we couldn’t access the key as had been given the wrong code. Lots of cobwebs, didn’t feel clean. Dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived. Facilities stated barbecue and I messaged before we arrived to ask if it was gas, no reply. It wasn’t and was a tin bin, but the garden was full of horse manure so not really somewhere you want to cook food. Lots of flies. Would not return or recommend.

    Lovely location, comfortable rooms, clean house and welcoming owners.

    Lovely location, helpful owners and let us extend our booking out time. Beds comfortable and very big bedrooms.

    For number of guests fridge could have done with being a bit bigger but not a game changer as we bought cooler boxes. Lovely big dining room table fitted us all but is difficult to get around could do with a plank cutting off it!!but this is just feedback and not really a negative we loved all being around the table together.
