Excellent stay and loved Folkestone

A very comfortable place to stay!
The host Mike is incredibly kind and friendly. I lost my AirPods, and he even came back specially to help me find them. The room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable bed linen. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. It is definitely a lovely place to stay.

Easily accessible , great parking and very comfortable
The location was excellent , parking easy and available and the owner manager very friendly and helpful . It is pet friendly and the rooms are very comfortable

Great value accommodation with a super-friendly host.
Exceptionally clean property and room with everything I needed within the room itself. Great communication from the owner both before and during my stay. I was also upgraded to a larger room withount asking or the extra expense.
Unfortunately, breakfat was not available at the property but there was a Coop supermarket very nearby.
