Lovely experience.
The location is perfect. The property is clean enough, quite spacious. Felt like home. Food facility is perfect, as theres a cloud kitchen (bansiwala) on the other side of the road. RO is installed but not sure it was well serviced, we preferred to buy drinking water to drink.
Theres nothing that i didn’t liked. The only thing, there is no attendant, we saw him when we checked in, he left after the handover and never returned. Saw the owner while check out.

Good value for money. But need to be better in terms of cleaning and servicing of appliances
Good property, location is great. Secure and residential area. Caretaker was there to take care of our problems.
Ac in 1 room was not working. Kitchen didn’t have all necessities. Also, the apartment could have been cleaner. It looked like it was out of use for quite some days now.
