  We loved our stay and will 100% be back

  The apartment was huge with excellent air conditioning. It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Much better than a hotel room!

  Hard to fault anything! The only issue we had was poor drainage in both showers.

  The apartment itself was lovely — clean, well-maintained and nicely prepared. We were very happy with the apartment itself.

  Unfortunately, the service and communication were a completely different story. Almost everything was handled through a bot/AI, and despite repeatedly asking for help, very few of our issues were actually resolved. We booked the apartment on Friday, just around four hours before our arrival. I immediately asked for the code to access the keys, but was told that guests should register 24 hours in advance and that, because we had booked at such short notice, they could not guarantee that we would receive the access code. This was extremely stressful. After driving for several hours to the seaside, having already paid for the apartment in full, you really don’t want to be left wondering whether you will even be able to get inside. I had also specifically requested parking for two days, but no parking was provided. This resulted in an additional €60 expense for us. The Wi-Fi was another issue. We were told that the Wi-Fi password would be in a frame in the apartment, but there was no such frame. I reported this, but we eventually received the password only one hour before leaving the apartment — essentially at the very end of our stay. We were also unexpectedly asked to pay a €200 security deposit, even though this was not clearly communicated to us beforehand. So, while the apartment itself is very nice, the overall experience was negatively affected by the poor communication and lack of proper support. There were simply too many situations where we had to ask repeatedly for basic information or assistance, without getting a clear or timely response.
