  The location was probably the best feature of this property. Right by the shops and a short walk to the beach. Checking in and out was a smooth process. The living room and bedrooms were very spacious. The beds felt fresh and clean. There is an amazing steakhouse just doors away.

  Parking will always be an issue at this property. I had a warden standing by my car at 9:50am waiting to give me a ticket. Guests need to be mindful of the lack of parking and its restrictions so probably better for those who are not visiting by car. There is the strong smell of illegal substances in the hallway (which was messy and run down) to the actual flat door. It is coming from the other tenants of this host. If you open the window of the back bedroom you will end up smelling it, too. You get noise from the road and passers by on one side of the flat, then noise from the train track on the other side. From what we could tell, the trains stop just before midnight but start again at 6:30am. Look at Google maps to understand how close it is to the train track. The beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses were thin. We did not have a comfortable sleep due to the beds, the smell of drugs and the noises from outside. A lot these issues we found were outside the hosts control but it's important for guests to know these issues before they book.

  Nice and clean, local amenities nearby and close to the beach

  A few bits missing like kitchen roll and shower gel, towels could have been bigger but overall the place was fine. Be aware that the stairs are steep.

  Great value

  Location was fantastic,apartment was very clean & had all we needed.constant warm water.

  The bathroom was the only real issue as it was not on the same floor as the bedrooms.

  Good location, just not a good standard.

  Location was great.

  To get into the building there was like a sack/ bin on the door. A kitchen draw face nearly fell on my foot when opening the drawer, The bed we slept on was completely busted and could not support our bodies on the super thin mattress.
