Posto meraviglioso ma hotel non all’altezza di un cinque stelle
Struttura nel complesso molto bella, con quattro ristoranti alla carta inclusi oltre il buffet. Spiaggia privata molto carina con accesso oltre la barriera tramite pontile. Si vedono pesci colorati già vicino riva. Posizione ottima, si raggiungono eventuali farmacie e negozi anche a piedi. Vicina al centro di Sharm.
Premesso che la struttura permette di passare una bella vacanza però ci sono alcune cose non degne di un 5 stelle: 1) struttura ormai datata, però basterebbe sistemare alcuni dettagli per renderla più fresca (tipo gli ascensori da sistemare); 2) il buffet è sottodimensionato, a mio avviso in vacanza non è accettabile stressarsi per trovare posto o stare in fila per qualsiasi cosa. È sottodimensionato; inoltre la cura della sala da pranzo è mediocre, i tavoli sono spesso sporchi o manca sempre qualche posata. A volte sembra più una mensa che in hotel a 5 stelle. Il personale a parte qualche eccezioni non è poi così disponibile. E spesso scherzano e ridono tra loro cosa a mio avviso non proprio carina 3) abbiamo avuto problemi con il wc tutta la vacanza, nei primi tre giorni è venuto l’idraulico dell’hotel ogni giorno e comunque il bagno è rimasto sempre maleodorante 4) pulizia della camera discreta ho percepito che senza mancia preventive tendono a fare il minimo (anche questo non accettabile in un 5 stelle) 5) il cibo non varia quasi mai, c’è ampia scelta ma è tutto cucinato molto alla buona non c’è nulla di memorabile. Inoltre siamo stati anche male quindi occhi ai cini non cotti. Ristoranti alla carta discreti, quello italiano però bocciato. Cibo quindi assolutamente non soddisfacente. 6) passano spesso per vendere massaggi o escursioni anche questo a mio avviso deve essere evitato. 7) centro estetico sono bravi, la spa non è eccezionale. Poi scomodo che vogliono essere pagati subito è più logico poter addebitare alla camera e pagare alla fine.
