HUMILLANTE.
La ubicación a apenas unos metros de la orilla
El apartamento NO REUNE CONDICIONES HIGIÉNICAS NI DE SEGURIDAD.Contratamos para 14 días nos marchamos el día 2. Booking nos reembolsó porque el propietario se escondió al ver las fotos. El apartamento CONTINÚA con cucarachas como se puede leer en comentarios anteriores viven en los zocalos y rodapies medio despegados que estan por toda la casa. SE ESTÁ DESMORONANDO La cabecera de la cama está llena de escombro que cae de la pared. EN TODAS las habitaciones hay restos de lo que va cayendo de detrás del zócalo. Absolutamente TODO ESTÁ SUCIO. TODO. DESDE los cubiertos. NO se ha limpiado hace mucho. En el recogedor y fregona estaban los restos imagino que de los anteriores huéspedes. En las fotos se ve la BOLSA DE LA BASURA PEGADA EN LA PARED que está cubierta de algo que puede ser grasa o pegamento. Lo ignoro. NO ES BARATO en absoluto. Y hay una cantidad PELIGROSA de CABLES por todas partes. PELIGROSISIMO PARA NIÑOS Y MASCOTAS. El OLOR se puede imaginar. Pretender alquilar en estas condiciones es HUMILLANTE. NO CUMPLE.NINGÚN MINIMO.

We booked a week, we left after one night. Mold was giving me allergy and did not feel confortable at all.
Being just at the sea, few meters from the waves.
Very old building; mold on internal walls and mold smell inside. Rusty fan and refrigerator. Bathroom very old, impossible to clean properly. Electrical system did not work properly, no light in one room. Plugs and electrical wires all around. Not sure it is safe. Outside bath tube is empty, no idea what to do with it, no hint how to fill it in. BBQ facility is unusable. Very rusty. Surrounding is not a nice environment, other the sea .

La vue et la situation du logement sont impressionnantes : on ne peut pas être plus proche de l'océan tout en voyant le Teide depuis la terrasse. Le logement est largement suffisant en taille pour 3 personnes.
Une toute petite suggestion qui ne change rien au très bon moment passé dans le logement : peut-être mettre un peu plus de pression dans l'évier de la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle plus facilement...

Die Lage ist eher sehr einfach und etwas bescheiden.

Pointou domu je 180 stupňový pohled na moře. Úplně vpravo je sice vidět přístaviště a teplárna, ale nijak neobtěžují, v noci hezky svítí. Dům dobře zařízen pro 2+1. Sice je to nejméně hezká část ostrova, ale po 5 minutách jste na dálnici, po níž dojedete kamkoli. Přejezd centra ostrova kolem sooky přes lávová pole je fascinující zážitek. Auto je nutné.
U domu se koupat nedá, ve vesnici je použitelná pláž. Ale 10 minut autem je El Médeano a tam je skvělé koupání i nákupy.
