Relaxing holiday suitable for the family.
The property is located in a quiet area, with an open view of the sea. The apartment located on the ground floor, having a natural insulation, did not need to use the air conditioning. The equipment in the apartment is of high quality and sufficient for vacation. The pool is the place to relax, which has shade after 5 pm. The gazebo is the relaxation corner and can be used throughout the day.
The access road is not of the best quality.

Good facilities villa with pool, in an isolated place around between Kavala and Nea Peramos.
It's perfect for families or group of friends who want to spend good time around Kavala. The pool is wonderful, all the facilities of the villa are useful. Everything is as described on booking.
The place where is situated the villa is not that atractive because is somehow isolated on a hill. I had a small problem with the neighbour on the right of the villa who has an annoying dog, barkling when one evening when we had dinner. In the end we managed to solve this problem.
