  Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un brutto disguido, le nostre camere con piscina privata erano riservate, ben 3 camere....diciamo che Kareem il nostro referente è stato eccezionale nel poterci trovare la soluzione e poi coccolarci per tutto il soggiorno, che dire è stata una bella vacanza, la.struttura è molto bella, pulita e ben organizzata, menù vastissimo, e' impossibile non mangiare!!! Personale gentile, che dire lo consiglio vivamente!!! Eccezionale 10 e lode!!!

  Unforgettable Stay at Sunrise Mamlouk – Outstanding Hospitality!

  > We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort! We booked two rooms—one triple and one double, both with a pool view. Up until now, this is truly our favorite resort! Everything was exceptional, from the spotlessly clean rooms and beach to the delicious food, great snacks and drinks everywhere, and the fun aquapark that kept our schedule packed with activities. > A huge, special thank you to Karim, who truly made our entire stay effortless. He went above and beyond in ways we didn't expect, handling every single request—even our silliest or most spontaneous ones—with incredible warmth, patience, and attention to detail. He was constantly checking in to make sure everyone in our group was happy and catered to. Thanks to his help, we were able to enjoy two incredible à la carte restaurants (both the Mexican and Spanish places were outstanding!). Karim is genuinely one of a kind. > We also want to give a warm shoutout to Sara at reception, who showed remarkable patience and hospitality from the moment we stepped into the resort. We were initially confused about whether to reserve a first- or second-floor room, but she remained completely patient, continuously smiling, and thoroughly explained all our options. Her welcoming attitude during both check-in and check-out made a wonderful first and last impression. > Special thanks as well to Abdallah, who kept our rooms spotless, was always smiling, and responded to all our requests right away. He even went out of his way to call me after checkout to return the glasses I’d forgotten in the room. That level of efficiency, honesty, and care is priceless. Kids Club Note: Yulia at the Kids Club was wonderful—always smiling, attentive, treating all the children with genuine warmth, and proactively calling our child over to join in on the activities.
