  Beautiful sunrise view, quieter area of Nha Trang

  I wasn't sure what to expect but this hotel was much nicer and grander than I thought it would be. Our 4 night stay was excellent. The lobby is very nice with high ceilings. I really enjoyed the pool after a swim in the beach and found the circle design relaxing. I had a really relaxing stay, was able to wrap up a work deadline thanks to the great table setup in our room, and wish I stayed one or two more days. The staff is very nice especially the doorman and staff at the pool. This is a less busy area of Nha Trang and there was no outside street noise in the room. I enjoyed waking up every morning to see the sunrise and go swimming in the beach with the locals. There is a decent pizza place right in front of the hotel that I didn't discover until later. It's better than a nearby chain with fancier seating options. They had live music outside every night. I want to come back to this hotel already!

  Our stay included breakfast and it wasn't as good as I had expected especially compared to the Novotel Nha Trang but after a while I figured out which items I liked to eat. If you don't eat meat there aren't a lot of options everyday. The sweet pastries were not to my liking. The breakfast options can get a little boring but is serviceable. The coffee made by the staff on the coffee machine was great! The staff making fresh eggs and noodle dishes was also very nice! They took feedback on the food so I hope they can keep improving as this was the weakest point of my stay.

  It's actually not bad for the price, but the staff, just depends who you get.

  Room was good. Breakfast was good. Amenities was good. Price was good.

  Staff could have been more welcoming and inform us of relevant information such as breakfast times.

  のんびり過ごすには最高の環境!!

  バイキング形式の朝食が充実しており、かつ、たまたま日本人グループツアー客が多かったこともあり、普段は頻繁に出てくる韓国風料理が少なくて助かった。 プールで過ごす時間が快適でした。 10階のラウンジからの眺めがよかった。

  ホテル内のスパの営業時間が短すぎる（９時から18時まで。前回滞在時は20時までは営業していた。） セーフティー・ボックスが小さくて、パソコンは収納できなくて困った。 部屋数の都合に応じてなのか（？）、清掃スタッフの掃除のやり方にムラがある。 チェックイン時に窓の戸締りができていなかった。部屋はプールから入れるだけに戸締りは確認しておいてもらいたい。

  Остались очень довольны проживанием в отеле! Прекрасное расположение — буквально рядом с морем, что особенно приятно для отдыха. В номере чисто, уютно, всё необходимое есть, атмосфера спокойная и располагающая к отдыху. Отдельно хочется отметить руководителя отеля — очень внимательный, доброжелательный и профессиональный человек. Видно, что он действительно заботится о комфорте гостей и следит за качеством сервиса. Благодаря такому отношению чувствуешь себя здесь действительно желанным гостем. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать отель друзьям.
