    A great location, amazing views and everything you need in a cosy, well maintained space.

    Host emailed the information but then also called before we arrived and gave me a rundown on everything and how to access keys. Simple and easy.

    It's hard to think of anything really. There really wasn't anything to complain about at all. We loved it.

    Clear and friendly communication ahead of arrival. Clean and tidy accommodation - pet friendly. Amazing views of American River bay. The perfect place to stay for a small family - if you're looking for something a bit quieter and more relaxing than Kingscote or Peneshaw.

    Nothing could have been better.
