Nice view, cramped lift, lack of sitting space
Balcony and view of Duomo at night
The address is hard to find on arrival as there are 2 number 22 s in the street. The lift is tiny, slow and claustrophobic and lift service stopped at 11

The best view in Florence! We couldn’t have asked for a more spectacular base to explore Florence. Spacious, comfortable
The view, the balcony, the stovetop coffee maker, the comfortable beds, the bag storage. Very spacious and perfect location.
There was some broken glass on the balcony and the toilet should be checked as it was continually running but those were minor issues - overall we loved it.
