My stay here was bliss.
Excellent property, ideal location, amazing balcony with amazing views.
The building work next door woke us up at 7.30am every morning and was too loud to ignore. I was disappointed I wasn’t made aware of the building work before hand. This is my only negative about the whole experience staying at this property because other than that both myself and my son loved it!

Stunning views and close to amenities
The view from the large balcony was fantastic with views of the sea in a couple of directions. The sunsets were amazing. It’s in a good location within a residential area and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms have air conditioning.
Unfortunately there was building work going on next door (Mon to Sat starting after 7am) which we were not advised about. This was at an independent property and not under the owner’s control. They seemed to be making good progress and hopefully won’t affect the apartment for much longer. There is a lot of construction work going on in Malta generally. The noise from the main road below the balcony varies immensely. A few minor issues with small repairs needed and a lack of provisions such as bin bags. We note that the owner has addressed some issues raised in other reviews.

Overrated
Ease of arrival and ability to leave bags earlier than the official time of arrival. Communication with Arthur was good. The veiw from the sundeck stunning at sunset. Good tv that had many sports channels.
Bare necessity of any items to make life easier when on holiday ie Hardly any toilet roll let...smallest soap and bodywash , no tea towels only 1 wine glass the other broken....sorted by owner but had to ask, same with pillows 1 on each bed the thinnest pillow you'd be able to buy.... Hot water switched off on arrival. No coffee pods for machine. Not enough waste recycle bags. No clothes washing liquid or powder. No bedside lamps in second bedroom, yet about 15 light switches in the living area... Chest of draws in main bedroom broken and collapsed as soon as touched. The blind in main bedroom ripped and unusable. No shade at all on the sundeck. Umbrella broken and an old array of posts for it wouldn't have fitted the plastic broken base. Two of the worst as aspects are the building site next door and the noise from the daul carriage way. (Isle of Malta tt circuit) especially in the evenings.
